i have fair skin and green eyes, and i love using the eyeshadow ';honeylust'; on my whole eyelid and putting ';creme de violet'; on the outer half of my lid. ask the people who work there to recommend some colors, they're usually always willing to help and know what to pick! good luck, i love their stuff!
i also just got the dazzleglass in ';smile'; which looks great with my skin.

Hi, many mineral makeup companies are natural bc they use all natural ingredients. some of them go a step futher to ensure they collect such ingredients in an earth-friendly manner.
and almost all of them give out samples for a very small price. Pure anada is promising and offers the best coverage out of all those that i've tried and did not cause as much shine. EDM is cheaper in terms of the price, and the coverage is not as good, but still very good for the price (just use concealer) -- and use a good primer to stop the oilies!

for base make-up like foundations compacts, concealers and such you are best off with a higher end brand. i like neutragena. but for lipsticks, glosses, liners, shadows, bronzers, and such you can save a lot of money going with the cheaper stuff. I love NYC, there stuff is cheap and is just as good as the expensive brands. as for stores, walmart and target will have cheaper stuff then the pharmacies.

Just remember that when it comes to cosmetic contacts that what you pay for is what you get. If you have to pay a lot for it, then it麓s totally worth it. Also, if you ask your eye doctor about it, he/she might have some good info on it too.

M.A.C. and Make-Up Forever are my faves(the websites will tell you where they are sold in the US). They are top professional quality and the pigment ratio is high.
For bright nail polish, there are very cheap options available to you in a dollar store, for example.
urban decay has great colors and eyeliners.
hot topic has good nail polish.
mac has weird eyeshadow colors
the dollar store... or vagisil is glo in the dark so if u rub it on ur face it will work just great

That is a good way of looking at it. Yes, I imagine that if people use permanent makeup, there is less consumption in makeup.
